About Deepanshu Goel

I'm Deepanshu. I write code in Delhi, currently for Heizen as a Forward Deployed Engineer.

I started in college, building things for clients before I'd graduated: an AR farming app for IFC and a doctor-patient consent tool for a Singapore hospital. I was a generalist who wanted to ship, and I still am.

After college, I spent nearly three years at MAGES Studio, a Singapore gaming and edtech company, mostly remote with a month on site. I did full-stack work and ML on AWS, and learned to ship without breaking production at 2am. That's also where I learned that the spec matters more than the code.

Now at Heizen, I drop into other people's codebases and ship AI and automation systems for clients I usually can't name. The work has gotten harder and more interesting; my answer to 'how should we build this' has gotten shorter and more opinionated.

Outside Heizen, I'm a founding engineer at GIKSN Research, where Siddharth Manjul and I build Rinne, an open-source conductor that runs coding agents like Claude Code and Codex on your own machine.
